Returns and Exchanges
The Nash Glam Company is happy to refund or exchange any item(s), after inspection, that has not been washed, worn or mishandled within 30 days of ship date. We do not accept C.O.D. returns. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return.
All Sales are final on clearance/sale items. There is no refund or exchange on any clearance or sale merchandise.
We reserve the right to verify return product information before issuing a return credit.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during shipment to the item(s) you are returning.
Unless we made an error in order processing or shipping, return and original shipping and handling fees will apply.
The customer is responsible for ensuring their return reaches our Returns Department.
